An update

From my realtor: “I just got off the phone with our negotiator, and she said the offer looks good compared to the value it came in at. She would not give me the BPO value. She will be reviewing the HUDs, etc later today to see if there are any changes which need to be made there and send me an update later today. I will let everyone know when I hear.”
