Well, I am off to Guatemala in about three hours. I’ll be gone for three weeks, can you believe it? I’m so excited and so nervous at the same time–my dad filled me with stories about how I, as a red-head, was more susceptible to be mugged or pick-pocketed, so now I’m freaking out a bit. Not to mention going to a country where I don’t even speak the language. hopefully I’ll come home and be able to say more than just “How’s your pain?”

I should have internet access there, so I’ll try to update on my travels periodically.
